Working hours: 08:00–16:00Are you service-minded, organized, and communicative? At Bilbyen Bilpleie Bergen AS , we’re looking for a Receptionist who can keep things running smoothly, support our team, and provide excellent communication with our partners.You’ll be working closely with our existing receptionist, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Your Daily Tasks Will Include:Registering and documenting new car arrivals and visible damagePerforming vehicle check-in processes and updating systems (FossumIT)Communicating with car dealers via email and phoneManaging general email inboxes and responding in a timely, professional mannerCollaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflowWorking primarily with existing partners (car dealerships)Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as needed
