• Senior/lead document controller

Qualifications:

• Experience of document control for large scope projects, in senior or lead type of role: setting up tools, workflows and processes
• Experience of eRoom
• Working fluency in English
• Working fluency in Norwegian/Scandinavian

Personal traits:

• Solution-minded, service-minded, ability to take initiative and follow through
• Thorough, attention to detail, focus on quality
• Able to train/induct new doc controllers and support Engineering team with document control/DMS (eRoom) matters
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Confidence to talk to customer, propose and agree on solutions and implement them
• Ability to represent the interests of our customer and talk to Cyient customer and, if needed, participate in end customer meetings

• English
• Norwegian
