• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic patient care
• Supporting patients through social training and basic counseling tailored to their individual needs
• Managing and de-escalating difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Utilizing therapeutic activities such as physical exercise, social interactions, conversations, and other treatment methods to aid in patients’ recovery
• Continuously assessing and monitoring patients’ mental and physical health, documenting their progress, and adapting treatment plans as necessary
• Communicating regularly with patients’ families, offering them guidance and emotional support throughout the treatment process

Qualifications:

• Authorization as a nurse in an EU country
• Work experience as a registered nurse
• Specialization as a psychiatric nurse (PMHN)
• Experience from hospitals, community care, or mental health centers is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good English communication skills, both written and oral
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• A driver’s license is occasionally required, depending on the role
