Do you want to work in an experience-driven environment surrounded by the snowy beauty of Lapland? Are you service-minded and enjoy dynamic workdays where no two days are alike? Come join our team for the upcoming winter!What does a front desk agent do?
As a Front Desk Agent (or ”frontti” as we say), you’ll be the link between our hotel guests and our activity services. Your workstation is at the activity desk, where you’ll meet international guests daily and help make their holidays truly unforgettable.What do we offer our guests?
Our guests can enjoy a wide range of activities including northern lights tours, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trips, snowmobile safaris, ice fishing, husky rides, and reindeer farm visits. You’ll help them choose the right adventure and ensure everything runs smoothly.Your main tasks:
– Customer service at the activity desk (in person, by phone and email)
– Booking and confirming activities and rentals
– Advising guests on tour contents, schedules, gear, and safety
– Communicating with guides and delivering updated participant lists and special requests
– Using booking systems, calendars, and POS/payment systems
– Introducing and selling additional services or products
– Assisting with gear handout and returns when neededWe expect you to have:
*Good command of English – other languages are an advantage
*A proactive and positive attitude
*Strong communication skills and the ability to handle busy situations
*Previous experience in customer service or tourism is appreciated but not requiredWe offer you:
– Full-time seasonal employment in stunning Lapland (112.5 h / 3 weeks)
– Work period from November 2025 to end of March 2026
– Salary starting from €2500/month + bonuses (based on experience)
