We are looking for motivated and professional wilderness guides to serve high-end clients, primarily from Central Europe, Australia, and the United States.Työn kuvaus:We are hiring wilderness guides for the magical nature of Fell Lapland! Nivunki Village is a tourism company founded in 2024, offering unique accommodation and experience services in the scenic surroundings of Muonio, about 40 km from both Ylläs and Levi. The resort features 20 premium aurora huts, a restaurant, a panoramic sauna, and a cozy lounge located in a traditional wilderness farmhouse. We also offer premium guided activities, all conveniently located within our grounds. Respect for nature and ecological values are at the core of what we do. Nivunki Village is part of the Destination Lapland group, which had a turnover of approximately €15 million in 2024. We are now looking for 2-3 motivated and customer-oriented wilderness guides to join our team for the 2025-2026 winter season. The position is based in Muonio, at a privately owned high-end resort in the heart of the Lappish wilderness just a 40-minute drive from both Levi and Ylläs. Your responsibilities include: – Guiding nature-based tours and excursions (e.g. snowshoe hikes, northern lights tours, snowmobile safaris) – Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests – Inspiring visitors with stories of Laplands nature and culture – Driving and transporting guests We expect from you: – Previous experience in guiding or leading groups – Good English skills (German is a significant advantage) – Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude – A genuine passion for nature and customer service – Flexibility (that goes both ways) – Knowledge of Laplands culture and history – Positive attidute!
