Your new role includes:

• Overseeing the planning and execution of window and door installation projects
• Coordinating with clients to determine project scope, specifications, and budget
• Scheduling and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion, as well as budgets and financial reports
• Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project delivery
• Conducting site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Serving as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle

Experience you need:

• Proven experience in project management in the window and door industry necessary
• Strong knowledge of window and door products and installation techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
