- Provide high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers efficiently.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and support the team’s success.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is beneficial.
