- Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information efficiently to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities to improve your skills and support the team’s success.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture and environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is beneficial.
