- Deliver outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and contribute to the team’s success.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with various customer support technologies is beneficial.
