• Provide empathetic and accurate customer support
• Investigate account issues and content reports
• Advocate for community safety and product understanding

• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• A solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others

What You BringFamiliarity with digital platforms (training provided)Relocation Package (for candidates from another EU country)

• Base Salary: Up to 1,500 gross/month × 14 payments/year
