As a Workday Integrations Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building, maintaining, and evolving the digital backbone that connects our people systems-driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our global operations.Join us and help shape how Wolt’s 12,000+ employees experience HR technology every day.📍This role can be based in Budapest, Helsinki, Stockholm or Warsaw. If you are based in Hungary, Finland, Poland or Sweden, remote work is also an option.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and develop integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Picof.Build and enhance Workday Extend applications in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.Own the lifecycle of integrations-from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and support.Ensure system security and compliance, aligning with audit frameworks like SOC and SOX.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR workflows.Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Lead integration-related efforts for Workday system upgrades and feature releases.What We’re Looking For6+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with at least 1 year working on Workday Extend.Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation.Experience with XSLT, XTT/ETV, and complex report building.Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high standard of discretion and reliability.A proactive mindset and the ability to lead integration projects end-to-end.Workday integration certification is a plus.Why You’ll Love It HereAt Wolt, we’re building more than just great software-we’re building an employee experience that scales with every new hire and every global expansion.
