Vi er et lite, men dynamisk team i et stort internasjonalt selskap som jobber med å sette sammen, teste og levere operatørkabiner og utstyrsrom til flere av NOVs produkter ved våre verksteder på Forus, Stavanger. Arbeidsoppgavene inkluderer mekanisk arbeid, elektrisk installasjon, testing og verifisering, samt oppsett for funksjonstesting, simulering og sluttkontroll.Vi søker en kvalitetsbevisst person med solid faglig helhetsforståelse og evne til å utvikle gode løsninger. • Montering, bygging og kontroll av operatørkabiner, kontrollsystemer og utstyrsrom,
• Feilsøking og reparasjon av operatørkabiner, kontrollsystemer og utstyrsrom,
• Noe service, vedlikehold og ombygging kan forekomme,
• Gjennomføre sluttkontroll av produkter,
• Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedringsarbeid for å forbedre effektivitet, produktivitet, kvalitet, helse og miljø.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Relevant fagbrev og/eller teknisk utdannelse (automasjon, elektro),
• Erfaring innen automasjon, elektro og mekanisk arbeid,
• Erfaring med installasjon, testing og verifisering av EX-utstyr (ønskelig),
• Må kunne kommunisere skriftlig og muntlig på norsk og/eller engelsk,
• Traverskran sertifikat – G4(ønskelig),
• Motvekts truck sertifikat – T4 (ønskelig).

Then you might be the one we are looking for!Due to increased workload, we are seeking new colleagues to join our team. We are a small, dynamic team within a large international company, assembling, testing, and delivering operator cabins and equipment rooms for several of NOV’s products at our workshops in Forus, Stavanger. The work involves mechanical installation, electrical installation, testing and verification, as well as setup for functional testing, simulation, and final inspection.We are looking for a quality-conscious individual with strong professional expertise and the ability to develop effective solutions. You should be self-driven and independent while also thriving in a friendly and inclusive work environment.Are you an electrician or automation technician seeking more predictable work conditions? For the right candidate, we offer training with an apprenticeship contract in collaboration with “Opplæringskontoret for elektrofag”.Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly, construction, and inspection of operator cabins, control systems, and equipment rooms,
• Troubleshooting and repair of operator cabins, control systems, and equipment rooms,
• Some service, maintenance, and modification may occur,
• Conduct final inspection of products,
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, health, and environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant vocational certificate and/or technical education (automation, electrical),
• Experience in automation, electrical, and mechanical work,
• Experience with installation, testing, and verification of EX equipment (desirable),
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Norwegian and/or English,
• Overhead crane certificate – G4 (desirable),
• Forklift certificate – T4 (desirable).
